Current carrying capacity of Single core, twin insulated wires

Current carrying capacity of

Single core, twin insulated wires in voltage grade 1100V, conforming to IS:694-1990 with additional FR properties

Wires must be made of Electrolytic grade, bright, plain annealed copper conductor, as per IS : 8130 -1984.

These wires are suitable for all Commercial & Domestic wiring applications.

For additional safety, the insulation of Flame Retardant - FR PVC compound must be there. It has high oxygen and temperature index.

Wires must be twin coated with superior insulation. The House Wires must be of uniform diameter and must be available in standard lengths of 90 metre and 180 metre coils.

Air conditioning

Air conditioner equipment power in the U.S. is often described in terms of "tons of refrigeration".

ton of refrigeration

is approximately equal to the cooling power of
one short ton (2000 pounds or 907 kilograms) of ice melting
in a 24-hour period.

The value is defined as 12,000 BTU per hour, or 3517 watts.[14]

Residential central air systems are usually from 1 to 5 tons (3 to 20 kilowatts (kW)) in capacity.
